Long Song Description: I think this song has some of my best lyrics, and certainly one of my favorite lines: "There's a hunger in my soul, what it's for I still don't know; I keep riding this same train right to the end." I think the challenge with writing a good song is to tell a story with as few words as possible in a way that your audience connects with. Hope I did that here. |

Story Behind the Song: Walked out to my favorite writing spot- an aisle set between two pine rows where inspiration always seems to find me. Started thinking about the complexity of relationships- conflict and contradiction often existing simultaneously with a need for connection. |
